Nowadays he's heading User & Customer Experience at INTERSPORT and helps growing their Sports Goods business capitalising on digital channels and an intersection with almost 6k physical locations present in every corner of the world.

Sigga Sigurdardottir

Chief Customer Officer | TESCO Bank

Senior GM and Global Digital Marketing Executive with a truly global experience in launching innovative B2B and B2C products and creatively driving business growth.

 

Over the last 20 years Sigga has worked across 4 continents in Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. Extensive experience in E-commerce, Digital Payments, Customer Experience and Omnichannel Marketing.

Before Tesco Bank she worked for i.e Santander UK, Asto and American Express. 

Nabil Malouli

Nabil is a global multi-disciplinary Innovation leader combining Corporate Executive. He is VP, Global E-commerce for DHL where he leads the innovation, strategy and product development of its e-commerce solutions.  

Nabil was formerly VP, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation where he oversaw the development of innovative solutions to support Fortune 500 companies doing business globally. He has deep practical experience on solutions related to new technologies enabling customer centricity, digitalization, automation, big data and robotics. Nabil is passionate about innovation, e-commerce, supply chains, customer centricity and entrepreneurship and a regular speaker on the conference circuit. He also serves as an advisor to high growth start-ups, accelerators, NGOs and Universities. He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from the International Business School of Montpellier.

Victoria Preger

Marketing & Communications Director |  ENENTO Group

Victoria is an experienced marketing professional, leading the Nordic Marketing and Communication team within Enento Group. The company develop innovative data driven solutions for small and medium sized companies, the finance industry and consumers. In Sweden the company is well known under the brands UC, Allabolag and Proff, in Finland under the brands Asiakastieto and Emaileri and in Norway and Denmark under the brand Proff.

 

During the last 20 years she has been working with datadriven marketing, UX/UI, customer experience, communication, PR, business development and e-commerce. Before Enento, she has for example had similar roles within the it- and telecom business and the gas industry.

Jake Bailey

Head of Proposition Development |  TESCO Bank

Jake has a wealth of experience in retail and banking, built from spending more than 7 years with the UK’s biggest retailer, Tesco and 15 years prior to that in various roles with Lloyds Banking Group.

 

Jake led the Group Payments Strategy for Tesco Plc. This work led to exciting new initiatives which are in development, most notably Clubcard Pay+ which is now available in the market.

 

Outside of work Jake is married and has two girls and he is really creative, enjoying playing music, painting and keeping active with mountain biking and kayaking.

Anna-Eerika Mattila

Marketing Manager |  YIT - Construction and building company

Anna-Eerika is a marketing manager at YIT, Finland’s largest construction company. The last few years she has been driving growth in the housing marketing segment, streamlining the processes between marketing, sales, IT and business development teams.  

As well as being experienced in place and city branding Anna-Eerika has been leading several marketing transformation projects to boost growth and develop organizational capabilities. Marketing data strategy, content strategy, renewed marketing processes and concepts are part of her daily work. Striving for an outstanding customer experience with agile methods is an ideology guiding her career.

Heini Nuutinen

Heini is currently working with strategic marketing transformation projects helping organizations increase their sales and improve customer experience. Her background is in ecommerce and performance marketing, but today her passions lie in using tech, data and design methods in order to bring marketing to a brand new era. In 2021 they won a Sports Technology Award for Best Sports Business Analytics with Formula 1 where they applied AI to logo recognition and camera angles.
